On a slope overlooking the Drammensfjord, we have designed a series of townhouses, each spread over three levels.

The floor plan of each house is organized around the main staircase, which acts as the heart of the home. This design creates a circular movement through the rooms, providing varied perspectives towards the surroundings while preserving privacy, both within each home and between neighbors.

We propose external extensions in the form of balconies, terraces, external stairs and roof terraces on the various facades of the house. The aim is to maximize the view of the fjord and utilize external green areas, creating dynamic spacious experiences.
