Rehabilitation and protection
ANT respects the qualities of the site and the building's conservation values. We believe in conservation through use, and we have a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to the implementation of the projects.
ANT has worked on the transformation and preservation of historic factory buildings, educational buildings and residential buildings. We have experience with extensive projects on all scales, from small private homes to larger, more complex structures.
We have worked with all types of protection classes – including total rehabilitation of complex listed buildings.

Bathing facilities
ANT sees swimming pools not only as sports facilities, but also as part of the city's meeting places and activity offerings. Our most successful projects are multifunctional buildings that connect culture and sports.

ANT has expertise in technically complex buildings and facilities. We focus on laboratories, the chemical industry, cold storage and the food industry.

We apply our knowledge to create efficient and functional buildings with a focus on promoting local qualities and the client's values.

ANT has many years of experience with long-term development of various shopping centers in Norway, of which the complexity of the projects varies greatly. We have extensive experience with regulatory processes and further implementation of projects.

ANT has a primary focus on medium-sized residential projects, but has extensive experience in both private single-family homes/cabins, as well as large development processes with a primary focus on housing.
