In collaboration with Moderne Hytter AS as landowner and developer of Nesbyen Fjellgrend, we worked on developing a concept for 5 apartment buildings with a total of 30 apartments, specially adapted for Nesbyen Fjellgrend. These work as an alternative to own cabins in Nesbyen for everyone.

An area of 9 acres is to be developed with modern leisure apartments with their own parking spaces and a leisure trail through the plot that connects the areas together.

The apartment buildings are divided into 6 apartments of varying sizes from 40-100 m2. On the upper floors, the apartment is divided into two floors with a separate loft.

Large windows, natural color on the exterior cladding and good adaptation to the terrain, which means that the apartment buildings blend into the landscape. Good, open plan layout for all families on 3 floors and a good view over the surrounding area provides an easy entrance to the surrounding nature.
