The project consists of densifying a city center block with a residential building of 22 apartments of different sizes, ranging between 37.5 and 65 m2. The main focus is to create a building adapted to the existing block structure, which will bring new qualities to the existing buildings in Tomtegata.

It will add a rich visual experience, thanks to the use of noble materials in a bold color palette. The project draws inspiration from the historic workshop buildings in the area.

Residents will have access to a shared roof terrace, as well as outdoor living areas on the ground floor with access to direct sunlight. Underground parking and a buried waste solution contribute to easy access and a feeling of spaciousness for the green areas on the ground floor.
