Gurdwara is the Sikhs' house of worship and is a gathering place where everyone can find peace and quiet for spiritual wisdom and meditation. The Sikh temple in Lier was completed in 2010, and can be considered one of Northern Europe's largest Gurdwaras at approximately 1500 m². The building has a relatively sober design, a calm symmetry and a subdued choice of materials that are adapted to its green and rural surroundings.
