Ingeniør Ryberg gate 48 AS requested a sketch project for the extension of office premises, of which a feasibility study was first on the list.
A feasibility study was first carried out in accordance with existing conditions, of which possibilities for expansion to the north, west and roof were investigated. The conclusion was that expansion on the roof was best for further development.
The building has undergone several extensions in the past, e.g. the entrance area and internal changes to the office landscape.

ANT worked on the possibility of extending the support system upwards to the roof, with an extension of solid wood. The extension was to consist of a kitchen solution with associated seating and meeting rooms for all employees.

The outdoor area was to consist of an external roof terrace with a UU ramp for a universal design, as well as sedum layers for drainage along the existing roof.
Solar cells on the roof would provide extra energy for future plans, as well as large windows for daylight.
