New five-storey office building in the center of Drammen. Businesses on the ground floor and office premises designed for one company on the other floors with the ground floor recessed in the plane to the south along Nedre Storgata.

The facade elements continue in the facade life of the floors above, and enclose a roof terrace to retain the building's rectangular volume and classic character. The recessed fifth floor at the top of the building is done in a similar style to the first floor, with large glass surfaces and the floor has access to roof terraces to the south, east and north. The building has classification BREAAM Very Good.
