The architect office Nils Tveit and Hille Melbye Arkitekter have designed the urban development project Økern Senter in collaboration with Benoy Architects and LPO architects.

Økern Senter is referred to as "Hovinbyen's beating heart", which will become one of the largest and most ambitious urban development projects in Oslo. It will become a vibrant and energetic city center that includes a water park, cinema, housing, culture, offices and hotels, in addition to one of Oslo's leading trading houses that thinks urban, sustainable and future-oriented for a city center with extensive and mixed facilities.
