The cold storage facility on Teglverksveien is the logistics center for Cooling Partner AS, affiliated with Aasheim Kjøtt. The building contains modern logistics and office facilities, and is also available for rental. The building's architectural design is sober, fresh and tidy, with a focus on robust and durable materials.

The facility includes a main freezer warehouse (-23°C) with an automatic shelving system of approximately 3300 m² divided into two sections, as well as a cold store at +4°C. In addition to the storage areas, there is a goods receipt and reception area, as well as a bright and clear office landscape with a panoramic view of Solbergfjellet on the top floor. The entire facility has been carefully planned to ensure functionality for a good and efficient working environment.
