The office drew up a new feasibility study proposal for updating Globusgården in 2022 for Dpend Eiendom AS.

The project had a set program with offices, underground theatre, library and cafe incorporated into the existing building stock.

The project focuses on the axis from Bragernes church through Bragernes torg, over the bridge, through Strømsø torg and on to Drammen Videregående. With today's infrastructure, Globusgården expands this city axis, of which this measure incorporates this as a main measure. The existing building body splits in the middle and restores this axis through Drammen city.
The program in the building will also increase the attraction of the area to extend the central core of Bragernes with a binding link to the new city bridge.

Architecturally, the existing facade colors have been retained in order to show historical integration and respect the building's historical heritage. The facade has been increased upwards to create vertical interest while the building is kept horizontally.
