The project consists of municipal baths and care homes, of which the baths have been given functions and pool solutions such as a public bath with a large foyer containing a reception with a kiosk and a fitness center on the 2nd floor.

On the first floor, there is a training pool with a diving tower and a water slide towards the facade that opens onto the square. Inside the building there is a wave pool, training pool, current channel, children's pool, whirlpool, pools with hot and cold water and a therapy pool that can shield needs.

The building adapts to a demanding terrain and at the same time forms a sheltered welcoming patio for visitors to the building.
