Skien leisure park consists of a complete water park with different pool types and attractions where ANT won the design competition for the leisure park in 2004 in collaboration with Link arkitektur.

The swimming facility contains a 25m sports pool, 1, 3, 5 and 7.5m plunge pool, wave pool, warm water pool, training and therapy pool and children's pool.

Emphasis has been placed on good organization of the pools for various activities and user groups, such as schools, swimming clubs and families. The swimming pool appears very spacious and bright, and provides a good overview for the lifeguards. On the facility's 2nd floor, there is a cozy SPA and relax area with 8 different saunas and a fitness center
