ANT has been working hard on rehabilitation of the historical Solberg Spinderi to house 66 new apartments since 2019, and now we can finally celebrate the project recieved the termporary use permit!
Before the summer holidays most of the work was finalised so the recidents could move in, but there is still work be done on site before we can apply for certificate of completion. These news are so fantastic as the whole office have been involded in this process, and soon the journey will be over. We have loved working on such a diverse project throughout highs and lows, and will keep it with us for a long time going forward.
