The focus was to design a building that is tailored to the residents needs to ensure an environment providing safety and visual experiences.
By combining a balanced rhythm of open and closed spaces both in and out, public and private, that protects and gives joy through experiences, nestled in a safe neighborhood. Theory behind it is named “prospect-refuge” theory – an architecture theory where you wish to create safe environments to meet people basic psychological needs. The environment what provides people the opportunity to observe without necessarily being seen.
The project will be built in CLT, BREEAM Outstanding and zero-emission building.
